Texas School Safety & Technology Symposium
April 15-16, 2010, Lakeway Resort & Spa, Austin, Texas
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This symposium is a partnership between the School Safety Advocacy Council, The Sheriffs' Association of Texas and the United States Department of Justice (NIJ). The goal of this symposium is to provide attendees with information relative to reducing school safety concerns in the local schools and neighborhoods. Additionally, attendees will gain valuable information about the latest technology in place across the United States addressing violent acts upon both grade schools and the university level. Workshops will run from 8am to 4pm each day. A special attendee meet & greet will be held the evening of Thursday, April 15, 2010 at the Lakeway Resort.
